How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 8–14 working days. Products shipped from our warehouse in Germany – including the full-body pregnancy pillow – arrive in 3–7 days. Delivery time is stated on every product page, and every parcel is tracked.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 30 days to return an item without giving a reason – more than the 14 days required by law. The item should be unused and in its original packaging. Write to us and we'll send instructions.

Which pregnancy pillow shape should I choose?

The G shape works well if you sleep against a wall – it supports your bump and back without taking over the bed. Choose U if you sleep in the middle of the bed and turn from side to side often. C is the lighter version, good for a smaller bed. If you share the bed and space is tight, consider a long bolster instead.

When in pregnancy is it worth buying a pillow?

Most women reach for one between weeks 16 and 24, when sleeping on your back stops being comfortable. There's little point waiting until the nights are already difficult.

Are the covers washable?

Yes. Every pillow has a removable cover that's machine washable at 30°C. Exact care instructions are on each product page.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. The connection is encrypted and your card details never reach our servers.

Are these products safe during pregnancy?

We sell products that support everyday comfort, not medical devices. If you have a high-risk pregnancy, a diagnosed spinal condition or any concerns at all, discuss using a support band or belt with your doctor or midwife first.
