Terms of Service
Effective from 2 October 2026.
1. General
- These terms govern the use of the online shop at amunelle.com (the “Shop”) and distance sales contracts concluded through it.
- The seller is Ivan Karpinets, a natural person carrying out unregistered activity (Art. 5 of the Polish Entrepreneurs' Law), ul. Wita Stwosza 50, 02-661 Warsaw, Poland, email: amunelle@gmail.com (the “Seller”).
- A “Consumer” is a customer who is a natural person acting for purposes not directly related to their trade or profession.
2. Orders and payment
- Product information in the Shop is an invitation to conclude a contract.
- To place an order, the customer adds products to the cart, enters delivery details, selects delivery and payment methods and confirms with the button that states the obligation to pay.
- The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email.
- Prices are shown in PLN or EUR and are final prices. The Seller is not an active VAT taxpayer, so VAT is not added. Delivery costs are shown before the order is placed.
- Payments are processed by Shopify Payments: payment cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and other methods shown at checkout.
3. Delivery
- We deliver within Poland and to other European Union countries.
- Orders are handed to the carrier within 1–2 working days of payment. Estimated delivery time is shown on each product page: usually 3–7 working days for items shipped from an EU warehouse and 8–14 working days for others. Every parcel has a tracking number.
- Some products ship directly from suppliers, including suppliers outside the EU. This is stated on the product page.
- If a parcel is damaged, please notify the Seller promptly, ideally with photos.
4. Right of withdrawal
- Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The Seller extends this period to 30 days from receipt of the goods.
- To withdraw, email amunelle@gmail.com with your order number.
- The Seller refunds the payment within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the original payment method. The refund covers the price of the goods and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.
- The goods are returned to the address the Seller gives in reply to your request. The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by the Consumer. The Consumer is liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods supplied in sealed packaging that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, if the packaging was opened after delivery (for example earplugs).
5. Complaints
- The Seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract under the Polish Consumer Rights Act, usually for 2 years from delivery.
- Send complaints to amunelle@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem, ideally with photos.
- The Seller replies within 14 days.
6. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and claims, including mediation and the help of consumer ombudsmen and consumer organisations. Use of these is voluntary.
7. Personal data
See our Privacy Policy.
8. Final provisions
- Polish law applies to contracts concluded in the Shop, without depriving Consumers of mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of habitual residence.
- Changes to these terms do not affect orders placed before they take effect.
